THE BLACK HORSE TAVERN boasts one of the best stocked bars in the Northeast. Nearly 500 spirits grace the back bar, including numerous rare and one-of-a-kind items. Over 125 different wines rest in our cellars. We have the right vintage to complement your meal. Upwards of 20 Wines by the glass are also offered. Special one-time purchases sometimes allow us to offer exceptional wines by the glass. A generous five ounce pour is de rigeuer. “House Wines” don’t live here. Our current selection of open wines is printed on the first page of the wine list.
Nearly 100 of the finest examples of the brewer’s art from six continents are cold and ready. Since availability is sometimes problematical and since we are always learning about new brews, our bottled beer selection is continually evolving. We also feature six regional draft beers including Pennsylvania’s ubiquitous Yuengling Lager and a stable selection of exceptionally well-crafted micro-brews. A descriptive list of our draft beers is available. An inventory of popular brands is offered in bottles for the less adventuresome.
